I'm Belinda.

Here is my story. At 17, I was knocking on doors selling vacuum cleaners because I knew if I didn’t sell, I didn’t survive. At 18, I asked for a $100,000 salary in my first corporate role. At 20, I was the youngest and only woman in the room, constantly underestimated. At 21, I was pushed out despite being the highest performer. By 23, I was recruited to build what became Open Education, and by 25, I made my first million.

Since then, I’ve worked inside 50+ startups, not as a consultant but inside the business where decisions, pressure, and execution actually matter. I’ve built across go to market, brand, hiring, and capital strategy across SaaS, AI, marketplaces, FinTech, and more. I later founded Foccus Group and expanded into digital products through xEnabler. What I learned is simple: most companies don’t fail because of product, they fail because nothing connects.

Today, I run a venture studio. I go inside companies and build what’s missing, strategy, growth, execution, and capital alignment.
